About the Role

We’re currently seeking experienced Project Coordinators – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to support a major mining/infrastructure project. This is a hands-on, site-based role working alongside a high-performing team, coordinating critical construction activities across multiple work fronts.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a long-term role on a large-scale project, with strong site exposure and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily E&I construction activities across site
  • Oversee and manage multiple contractors across concurrent work fronts
  • Ensure strict adherence to permit-to-work systems and isolations
  • Monitor QA/QC compliance in line with project standards
  • Support construction planning, sequencing and execution
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers and construction teams
  • Identify and resolve site issues impacting safety, quality or schedule
  • Ensure works are delivered to approved drawings and specifications

About You / Requirements

  • Proven experience on large-scale mining or infrastructure projects
  • Background in EPCM, contractor, or owner’s team environments
  • Strong knowledge of permit systems, QA/QC, and contractor management
  • Solid understanding of E&I construction processes and standards
  • Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment
