About the Role
We’re currently seeking experienced Project Coordinators – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to support a major mining/infrastructure project. This is a hands-on, site-based role working alongside a high-performing team, coordinating critical construction activities across multiple work fronts.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a long-term role on a large-scale project, with strong site exposure and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily E&I construction activities across site
- Oversee and manage multiple contractors across concurrent work fronts
- Ensure strict adherence to permit-to-work systems and isolations
- Monitor QA/QC compliance in line with project standards
- Support construction planning, sequencing and execution
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers and construction teams
- Identify and resolve site issues impacting safety, quality or schedule
- Ensure works are delivered to approved drawings and specifications
About You / Requirements
- Proven experience on large-scale mining or infrastructure projects
- Background in EPCM, contractor, or owner’s team environments
- Strong knowledge of permit systems, QA/QC, and contractor management
- Solid understanding of E&I construction processes and standards
- Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment
