Our client who is a leading manufacturing client is seeking Project Administrators to join their team based South of the River for the next 4 weeks, with possibility of extension. The candidates need to be able to start by Wednesday 24th June.
See below information with these various positions;
Position 1
- Running reports for specific teams and tracking of daily reports
- Contacting key stakeholders / clients for receiving documentation necessary to the project including Purchase Orders
- Uploading supplier documentation onto portals
Position 2
- Prepare and issue documentation for various teams and ensuring timely delivery
- Providing status reports on documentation from key stakeholders
- Review, finalise and archive completed documentation, ensuring it fits all requirements necessary for lodgement
- Providing progress reports for key stakeholders
Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
- Experience within Project Administration
- Must have Construction Card
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office experience
- Must have Australian Citizenship to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

- Location: South of the River
- Rate of pay: $38 - $43 per hour - dependent on experience
- Commencement: Immediate
- Days/Hours: 8-hour day, Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM
