Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to initially support the delivery of a large-scale project located between Mackay and Rockhampton, Central Queensland.

This is a site-based Fly in, Fly out (FIFO) or Drive In, Drive Out (DIDO) role, working a flexible roster, with the option to work some of the time from Brisbane.

APIP (Australian Power Industry Partners) are an experienced high voltage services contractor delivering end to end electrical solutions for transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure across Australia. With our recent acquisition by the Monadelphous Group, APIP is well positioned to build on our reputation as agile, solutions focused HV specialists.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Procurement and invoicing
• Booking and coordination of employee travel
• Preparation and maintenance of Safety and QA documentation
• Coordination and scheduling of training requirements as required
• Administrative support to the Project Manager and Site Supervisors
• Preparation and distribution of operational reports

What you will bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction or resources sector
• Confidence and capability in using systems such as JDE, SharePoint and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills with the ability to work unsupervised and handle fluctuating workloads
• Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
• Proof of right to work in Australia
