About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of electricity distribution maintenance and construction programs across AusNet and United Energy. Managing a growing workforce of Lineworkers and field crews, you'll oversee workforce planning, scheduling, client relationships, safety performance and operational delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being in the field, engaging with crews, solving operational challenges and driving strong performance across critical infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of electricity distribution maintenance programs.
- Keep crews organised, resourced and ready to deliver work safely and efficiently.
- Spend time in the field supporting teams, driving safety and solving operational challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular performance updates.
- Manage workforce planning, forecasting, invoicing and overall program performance.

About You
- Experience in a similar role delivering electricity distribution maintenance programs leading Lineworkers and field-based crews.
- Strong experience in the Victorian electricity distribution industry (VESI).
- Experience managing workforce planning, client reporting and day-to-day operations.
