Production Supervisor | 2:1 FIFO ex Perth
We're recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a fast-growing contract miner with a strong pipeline of WA projects.
If you're a hands-on leader who can run a safe shift, hit targets and drive performance, this is a solid long-term opportunity.

The role
- Lead and supervise production crews on site
- Deliver daily load & haul targets
- Maintain a strong safety culture
- Coordinate with maintenance and planning teams
- Mentor and develop operators
Fleet Working across a modern fleet including:
- 350t Excavators (EX3600-7)
- 200t Excavators (PC2000-11)
- 100t Excavators (PC1250-11)
- 140t Dump Trucks (HD1500-8)
- 100t Dump Trucks (CAT 777E & HD785-7)
- D9T / D10T Dozers, 16M Graders and water carts
What we're looking for
- Proven open pit Production Supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and crew management
- Experience across large load & haul fleets
- Solid understanding of production KPIs
- Section 26 (essential)
