About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering the daily production schedule while ensuring alignment to the short-term mine plan. You will work closely with key stakeholders across site to optimise production outcomes and maintain plan compliance.

This role is for an experienced Mining Engineer / Production Scheduler to join a well-established operation in the Pilbara on an 8:6 FIFO roster ex Perth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver daily production schedules (PLOD) aligned to the 2-week plan
Communicate schedules effectively to a broad stakeholder group
Create and update dig plans and machine guidance files
Conduct daily pit inspections to assess mining conditions and plan conformance
Analyse and reconcile grade and volume targets against requirements
Identify, manage, and escalate schedule and grade non-conformances
Utilise site systems and tools to support decision-making and reporting
Maintain accurate daily data entry and production confirmations

About You

Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
Minimum 3+ years operational mining experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Proven ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail and commitment to safety and plan compliance
