Techforce Personnel is on the lookout for experienced   next-level Production Excavator Operators ready to dominate the WA mining game. If you’ve got the skill, attitude, and drive to move mountains — literally — this is your shot.

This isn’t your average dig.

We’re working with some of the biggest names in the industry, and we’re building a team of operators who know how to perform under pressure, keep safety tight, and deliver results every single shift.

The Role:

  • FIFO from Perth | 2:1 Roster
  • Earn up to $75/hour | Paid weekly
  • Long-term, ongoing opportunities
  • Gold, Lithium, Iron Ore Production Projects
  • Operate HITACHI 1200, 2600, 3600 & Komatsu PC1250 / PC2000 or CAT 6020, 6040, 6060 OR BIGGER

What You Bring:

  • At least 12 months’ production experience on large diggers
  • Recent police clearance(or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & D&A
  • A reputation for reliability, grit, and top-tier work ethic
  • Ambition to upskill and multi-ticket — we’ll help you get there
