About this roleAs a Production Estimator, you will play a critical role in the construction phase, ensuring accurate costing and seamless handover from pre-construction to build. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate production estimates for residential volume housing and multi-residential projects Review contract documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction readiness Liaise with construction, procurement, drafting, and suppliers to finalise build costs Price variations, upgrades, and post-contract changes accurately and efficiently Ensure estimates align with company margins, budgets, and cost control standards Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing estimating team Read moreIs this you? Over 5 years' experience as a Production Estimator within residential construction Proven experience working with a volume builder (essential) Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and supplier pricing Highly organised with excellent accuracy and time management skills Confident communicator who works well across teams Comfortable working within established systems and structured processes
