Job Description

Know your way around the gear and sick of short-term gigs?

Techforce Mining has spots open on major WA gold, lithium and iron ore sites. Good crews, solid runs of work, and real opportunity to go permanent.

What You’re Walking Into

  • 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth
  • 12–12.5 hour days – every hour paid
  • Up to $70/hr depending on experience
  • Ongoing work, not just a few swings
  • Permanent roles on offer after 3 months
  • Decent camps, good food.

The Gear

We need operators who can actually handle production, not just say they can:

  • Dozers – D10 & D11
  • Graders – 16M / 16H
  • Dump Trucks - 777 and up
  • Excavators – 150T+ (PC1250 and up)
  • Loaders – WA900, CAT 992

What You Need

  • 2+ years production mining experience
  • Driver’s licence
  • Police clearance
  • Able to pass medical and D&A – no issues
