About the Role

The next step in your career starts here… Salary + Vehicle + sales incentive scheme Join our Sales and Products team as a Product Specialist – Site Accommodation, where you’ll play a key role in driving performance across our modular buildings, portable facilities, and temporary accommodation solutions. You’ll partner closely with sales and operations to maximise utilisation, profitability, and customer outcomes across the site accommodation portfolio.

  • You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
  • Drive product performance through strategic planning, pricing support, and collaboration with sales teams to grow revenue in accommodation and modular spaces
  • Work closely with sales to maximise utilisation of site offices, lunchrooms, amenities, and portable buildings across construction, mining, and infrastructure customers
  • Monitor market trends, project pipelines, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new or expanded site accommodation solutions
  • Support asset lifecycle management, including fleet planning, refurbishment, and redeployment strategies for portable and modular assets
  • Provide product expertise on configuration, compliance (e.g. site standards), and optimal setup to meet customer and project requirements
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery, installation, and turnaround of site accommodation units

What you’ll bring to the role

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the commercial and operational aspects of temporary accommodation and modular infrastructure, and enjoys working across teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
  • Extensive sales management experience and a strong track record of success
