The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team working from our Perth CBD Head Office. This is a casual position with the opportunity of transitioning to a permanent role, responsible for:

• Supporting the procurement team with purchasing activities and vendor management
• Assisting with contract administration and supplier relationship coordination
• Conducting market research and price comparisons to ensure value for money
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
• Streamline purchasing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with:

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
