The Opportunity

Crushing Services International is seeking a Processing Superintendent for our Lithium Operation on an 8/6 roster. Reporting directly to the Processing Manager, you will lead a team of Processing Supervisors overseeing technicians and operators to deliver key production and quality targets.

You will take full ownership of processing plant operations—ensuring optimal equipment performance, proactively resolving issues, and delivering robust operational strategies. Your leadership will prioritise the highest safety standards while championing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve sustained processing excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Processing Supervisors and overseeing a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
• Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Implement operational plans and strategies to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental compliance.
• Setting up procedures within the processing plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce operating costs.

What is Required?

• Advance experience in a crushing plant environment, including exposure to beneficiation and/or flotation processes.
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing plant environment
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to efficiently plan and coordinate daily processing activities and meeting targets.
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
