Process Operator

The Role

Working within the processing plant, you'll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring plant equipment to maximise production while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding and milling circuits
• Working across CIL/CIP circuits and associated process equipment
• Conducting routine plant inspections and recording operating data
• Identifying and reporting plant issues while assisting with troubleshooting
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and following site safety procedures
• Working closely with the maintenance and production teams

• FIFO from Perth
• 8/6 / 7/7 roster rotating dayshift and nightshift
• $60-$65 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Super paid on all hours worked
• Meals and camp accommodation provided
• Initial 3-month contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential
• Immediate mobilisation required, with a preferred start date between 1st and 4th September

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a process operator
• Strong exposure to gold circuits including grinding, milling, and CIL/CIP operations
• Current Australian Driver License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A
• Must have full Australian working rights and be residing in WA
