Position: Process Operator (Wet Plant) at Pilgangoora Lithium Operation (PLS)

FIFO: from Perth, WA

Roster: 8 Days / 6 Days Off, 7 Nights / 7 Days Off

Rate: $65 per hour

Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong potential to transition to a permanent position

Locations: Pilbara, WA

Multiple positions available

Essential Requirements

• Previous gold and/or lithium processing experience
• Exposure to crushing, milling, flotation, thickening and/or filtration circuits
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Australian working rights
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets
• Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor lithium processing circuits to safely achieve production and quality targets.
• Conduct routine plant inspections across crushing, milling, flotation, thickening and filtration areas.
• Monitor process performance and make operational adjustments to optimise lithium recovery and concentrate quality.
• Complete sampling, equipment checks and accurate operational reporting in line with site procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and support safe, reliable plant operation
