About the role
The Principal Adviser Business Integration is a key contributor within the Modern ERP program, supporting the Business Integration team to drive cross‑program process alignment, consistency and business readiness.
This role sits at the intersection of business process, technology and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that end‑to‑end processes are clearly defined, validated and translated into solution design and delivery.
You will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams including Testing, Security, User Experience (UX), Architecture, Change Management and the System Integrator, playing a critical role in shaping how the business operates in the future SAP environment.
What you’ll be doing

Facilitate alignment across GPOs to ensure processes are consistent, scalable, and fit‑for‑purpose

Lead and support validation of end‑to‑end processes , ensuring process integrity (e.g. maintenance through to procurement)

This role sits at the intersection of business process, technology and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that end‑to‑end processes are clearly defined, validated and translated into solution design and delivery.
You will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams including Testing, Security, User Experience (UX), Architecture, Change Management and the System Integrator, playing a critical role in shaping how the business operates in the future SAP environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive end‑to‑end process integration across the eight GPO domains
- Facilitate alignment across GPOs to ensure processes are consistent, scalable, and fit‑for‑purpose
- Lead and support validation of end‑to‑end processes , ensuring process integrity (e.g. maintenance through to procurement)
- Use Signavio to model, validate and document processes, ensuring design integrity that directly supports build and implementation
- Support with developing program approaches / frameworks to subsequently coordinate and drive key Business Integration scope including User Acceptance Testing, Climb 1 preparation, citizen development, and process readiness
- Provide strong oversight of the System Integrator and third party vendors, ensuring outcomes are delivered as agreed and effectively co‑delivered with internal teams
- Act as a senior integrator across business and technology, driving clarity, alignment and progress in complex environments
About you
You are a confident professional who thrives in complex, fast‑moving transformation environments and brings a strong balance of structure, influence and pragmatism.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in business integration, transformation, process improvement and process management roles within large‑scale programs
- Strong capability in process modelling, re‑engineering and improvement
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and domains, including senior leaders
- High‑impact facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build buy‑in and alignment
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, evolving and competing priorities
- A background in technology, digital, and/or consulting
