From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Poly Welding Supervisors to apply their HDPE expertise across large-scale mining water and services infrastructure. Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise works to ensure all is completed to the client and company specifications
• Lead and mentor a team of trades and non-trades personnel
• Read and interpret detailed HDPE and Mechanical scopes, P&ID take offs and structural drawings accurately
• Liaising with Linkforce clients and site-based personnel
• Planning and scheduling work and labour requirements
• Monitoring progress against the work schedule
• Record and monitor team members performance, provide mentorship and address issues where necessary
• Incident investigation and reporting
• Supervise and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications (QA/QC).
• Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEQ standards and procedures

About You

We are looking for qualified and safety-focused Poly Welding Supervisors who thrive in fast-paced shutdown and maintenance environments.

Essential:

• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience as Leading Hand or Supervisor
• Butt Welding (PMBWELD301E)
• Electrofusion Welding (PMBWELD302E)
• Schedule 26 training/qualification
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• The ability to communicate effectively across all facets of the business verbally and in writing
• Valid Australian work rights
• A National Police Check

Highly Desirable:

• Client inductions (Rio Tinto, Fortescue, BHP, etc.)
• Additional trade or high-risk tickets
