About the Role

The Planning & Logistics Coordinator is a key position at the centre of operations, responsible for coordinating labour, equipment, and logistics across maintenance, shutdown, and project works to ensure seamless delivery against client and operational requirements. You will manage workforce rosters across multiple sites, develop mobilisation plans for major campaigns, and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available when needed. The position also plays a critical role in forecasting, planning, and supporting blue-collar workforce requirements, while maintaining accurate records and continuously improving scheduling and logistics processes. It’s a fast-paced, highly collaborative role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and keeping complex operations running efficiently.
