As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Project Schedulers & Planners interested in expanding their experience in the Aluminium Smelting Industry, with a great opportunity for a Portland Victoria site role on offer. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for one of Australia's most critical assets.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio, brownfield modifications & project works, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

About you

  • 5+ Years in equivalent Portfolio Planning & Scheduling role.
  • Primavera P6 proficiency, with strong expertise in developing, analysing and maintaining complex project schedules.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and operational personnel.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
