Job Description

Techforce are currently seeking three experienced Linesmen to join our team, delivering streetlight upgrade works across Perth metro and north of the river projects.

Pay Details

  • Base: $60/hr
  • Day shift: $75/hr (with 25% loading)
  • Night shift: $78/hr (with 30% loading)

Overtime(Mon–Fri)

  • 1.5x after 8 hours
  • 2.0x after 10 hours
  • Applies within 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM window
  • Saturday: First 2 hours: 1.5x After that: 2.0x

Hours

  • Weekdays: 12-hour paid days
  • Saturdays: 8–10 hours available
  • Casual ongoing
  • Duration: 3 to 16 months

Scope Of Work

  • Perth based Metro & Notrth of the River Based Work – Streetlight Upgrades

Ticket Requirements

  • Certificate III ESI – Distribution Overhead qualification
  • Western Power experience / authorisation – An Advantage
  • Driver License – ideally MR endorsement
  • High Risk Work License – ideally WP endorsement
  • Work Safety at Height
  • EDD – Emergency EWP Descent
  • PTR – Pole Top Rescue
  • Provide First Aid
  • CPR
  • LVR
  • White Card
