Job Description

At Civeo, our Injury Management team plays a vital role in ensuring injured workers receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their recovery journey. We’re looking for an Injury Management Advisor (IMA) to join our HSQE division and help us deliver safe, fair, and best‑practice injury management outcomes.

As an IMA, you ensure injured workers feel supported, informed, and guided at every step. You’ll work closely with the National HSQE Manager, medical providers, and operational leaders to coordinate effective case management and maintain strong communication between all parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor return‑to‑work programs in consultation with treating medical practitioners.

• Facilitate medical case conferences and ensure stakeholders are informed and supported.

• Guide injured workers through the injury management process.

• Maintain return‑to‑work statistics aligned with SolvInjury.

• Manage workers’ compensation portfolios and escalate complex cases.

• Review pre‑employment medicals for compliance.

• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in health science or allied health (highly desirable)

• Injury management qualification (highly desirable)

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (desirable)

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in workers’ compensation or injury management is essential

• Experience with Myosh or Solv (highly desirable)

• Experience in catering or facilities management will be highly regarded

• Knowledge of WHS and workers’ compensation legislation

• Strong case management, reporting and data accuracy skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong time‑management and attention to detail
