Their expert team provides on-site support, diagnostics, and repairs, covering planned maintenance, breakdowns, machine relocations, shutdowns, and component repairs.

About the Role

• Coordinate permits, police, pilot, and escort bookings for haulage jobs
• Process work orders, job packs, and maintain accurate job records
• Manage NHVAS and WAHVA accreditation requirements
• Liaise with third parties regarding transport schedules and movements
• Assist drivers with required documentation and paperwork
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Provide general administrative support as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and handle occasional after-hours queries
• Experience with transport, permits, or compliance processes (desirable)
