The role offers plenty of variety and autonomy, with opportunities to travel, work with different teams and influence how permit-to-work processes are delivered nationally. You'll also play a key part in mentoring and developing Permit Officers, sharing your expertise and driving continual improvement across the contract. Well suited to someone looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact while enjoying flexibility and career stability.
