The Opportunity:
You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace at our St Ives Mine, partnering closely with leaders and employees across site. Your work will help us deliver consistent people processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure our teams feel supported, informed, and valued.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offered FIFO from Perth or residential from the Kalgoorlie/Kambalda region. Roster options include 4:3 or 8:6/4:3.
You’ll contribute to the success of our People team, supporting a wide range of HR activities including reporting, systems administration, training coordination, and frontline employee support.

What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees across site.
- Provide professional and efficient administrative support to the People team.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and clerical tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate training bookings and maintain records within SuccessFactors
- Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Support consistent HR processes and monitor compliance.
- Role model our core values and contribute to a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR or administration.
- A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous mining experience is highly regarded.
- Current C class Driver’s Licence (manual preferred).
