Are you a recent HR graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Workforce Management?
Breight Group is seeking a motivated and organised People & Recruitment Administrator to support our Recruitment, Mobilisation, Workforce Planning and Human Resources teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple people-focused functions within a growing Australian business.
This is a full-time position based at our Rivervale Head Office.

About the Opportunity

This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment. You will work closely with experienced professionals across several departments, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting the employee lifecycle from attraction through to mobilisation and ongoing employment.

No two days will be the same. You will assist with recruitment administration, onboarding, employee documentation, workforce planning support, training coordination and general administration activities that help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including advertising, candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding, inductions and mobilisation administration
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, employee documentation and personnel records
  • Support Workforce Planning and Mobilisation teams with compliance and scheduling activities
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Provide administrative support across Recruitment, HR, Learning & Development and Workforce Planning functions

  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
