Job Statement

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our Perth-based team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, this role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in human resources within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR administration and supporting the broader People & Culture function across corporate and site operations.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on, generalist coordination role with a strong administrative focus. You will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation processes for new starters
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and managing candidate communications
  • Assist with HR systems updates and reporting
  • Support P&C initiatives and projects as required

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Workday highly regarded)
