About the Role

Payroll Officer – Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Monday to Friday | Office Based Role. Free Onsite Parking | Modern Offices | Great Team Culture. Are you a detail oriented payroll professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our Brisbane team at Eagle Farm. Working within our broader People Team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across the business. You'll be joining a collaborative payroll team of four, supporting approximately 3,000 employees across multiple payroll cycles, including fortnightly, monthly, and expatriate payrolls.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end payroll processing
• Processing large volume fortnightly payrolls
• Payroll calculations, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Responding to payroll enquiries and providing exceptional internal customer service
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity
• Payroll reporting, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of payroll systems and processes

About You / Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in end to end payroll processing
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using ADP Payroll (highly regarded)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll reporting, data analysis, and data management
• A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
