About the Role
Incycle is seeking motivated and safety-focused Paste Crew Operators to join our team on the Cowal Gold Mine Project, located near West Wyalong, NSW.This is a full-time opportunity on a long-term 5-year project, offering stability, great roster balance, and the chance to be part of a high-performing underground team.
Roster & Benefits

What We’re Looking For

- Underground paste crew experience
- Underground construction crew experience
Alternatively, we also encourage applications from candidates with:
- Civil construction backgrounds looking to transition into underground mining
- Trade-qualified Boilermakers wanting a career change into mining
