Programmed Energy & Resources are looking for an experienced and motivated Paint Blaster to join our team at Agnew Goldfields.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing FIFO work, a consistent 8:6 roster and dayshift only giving you a great balance between work and life outside of work.

About the role:
As a Paint Blaster at Agnew Goldfields, you will be responsible for:
- Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Removing rust, corrosion and old coatings
- Operating blasting equipment
- Preparing and applying industrial protective coatings
- Using airless spray equipment where required
- Completing touch-up and remedial work
- Working safely at heights and in confined spaces where required
- Following site safety and quality procedures
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experienced Paint Blasters who:
- Minimum 12 months' recent experience in a similar FIFO or local Paint Blasting role
- Hold a current White Card
- Hold the required HRWL
- Can provide a National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months - essential
- Are able to successfully complete all required site inductions
- Can successfully complete a medical and DAS
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work
- Work well as part of a team
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space - desired
