Operators | 2:1 Roster | Lamb Creek

The Opportunity

CSI Mining Services is inviting expressions of interest from current CSI Operators who have experience in fixed plant crushing and/or loader operations to become part of our team at Lamb Creek.

This new project is set to commence in late June 2026 and will operate on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, including both day and night shifts. These are full-time positions offering excellent career development opportunities, including leadership pathways for suitable candidates, with Leading Hand opportunities also available.

What is required

• Have at least 12 months’ continuous service with the business at the time of application (exceptions may apply for previous Wonmunna employees)
• Have a clear disciplinary and conduct record and no current or recent safety incidents
• Consistently follow safety, environmental and operational procedures
• Work well independently and in a team
• Contribute to safe and productive operations
• Operating tickets - Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer, Forklift, Telehandler, Dogging, EWP (Highly Desirable)

About Our Process

• Applications will be shortlisted over a two-week period, with submissions closing on Sunday, 10 May.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in an online Microsoft Teams interview with the Site Management team and a Recruitment representative.
