Experienced Scraper Operators to support a range of upcoming civil construction and earthworks projects across Queensland. We are looking for safety-focused operators who are available to mobilise for project-based work in regional and remote location and an opportunity with Rio Tinto

Working as part of a high-performing civil construction team, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating scraper equipment safely and efficiently
• Bulk earthworks and site preparation activities
• Maintaining production targets while adhering to safety standards
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and other operators on site

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Demonstrated experience operating scrapers and other equipment in civil (2 years+)
• Current driver's licence
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work away from home on a rostered basis
