What’s the opportunity?

Be part of a processing operation that continues to grow and evolve at one of Western Australia's most significant gold mining assets. With Mungari's expanded processing plant now delivering increased capacity and long-term production growth, this is an opportunity to join a team at the centre of the operation's future.

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you'll work across multiple areas of the process plant, helping to safely and efficiently deliver production targets while developing your skills across crushing, milling and leaching circuits. You'll also can contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the operation continues to grow.

Based at our Mungari Operations, you'll:

• Support gold production by safely operating plant equipment across crushing, milling and leaching circuits.
• Monitor, analyse and adjust process conditions to help achieve production and recovery targets.
• Complete routine sampling, testing and quality control activities in line with operating procedures.
• Identify, report and respond to plant issues, equipment faults and potential hazards before they impact performance or safety.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and high operational standards across the processing plant.

This is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, working a 7:7 roster of 12-hour day and night shifts.

Does this sound like you?

• Previous experience as a Process Operator in a gold processing plant or similar minerals processing operation.
• Exposure to DCS or SCADA systems and a Certificate II or III in Metalliferous Mining Operations (Processing) will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work a 7:7 roster comprising 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and environmental responsibility.
• Experience monitoring, controlling and optimising plant performance to achieve processing targets.
• Ability to undertake routine sampling, testing and quality control activities accurately and consistently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
