Operational Technology Technician

About the Role

• Direct involvement in the setup, maintenance and development of operational technologies such as Modular, CAT Minestar, Mineware or Leica as well as other technology-based components and associated communication infrastructure
• Direct involvement in the setup and maintenance of operational technology wireless networks
• Other systems include, but not limited to, CCTV, Point to Point and Point to Multipoint Microwave Links and GuardVant
• Manage priorities to minimise impacts to mining whilst maximising performance of fleet systems
• Sustain, support, and identify business improvement opportunities that focus on safety and operating efficiency

Roster and Location

• Lifestyle Dayshift Only Roster
• Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)

About You

• Relevant trade in Electrical, Auto Electrical or related communication field.
• Experience in similar field hardware roles at large mine sites or relevant industries.
• Excellent computer literacy – proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a large team environment.
