Key Tasks
- Manage end-to-end administrative and financial processes including, billing and invoicing, payment for supplier and subcontractors, purchase orders and accounts payable/receivable, job costing and month-end activities.
- Provide contracts administration support and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate travel, onboarding/offboarding, meetings and general office operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and audit requirements.
- Partner with operational teams and finance to deliver accurate and time outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
About You
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally Finance Administration.
- Experience with a large Enterprise Resource Planning software such as SAP or JDE preferred.
- Proficient in core administrative competencies including spreadsheeting and document writing/formatting (intermediate use of Microsoft Office 365 applications).
- High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous learning and development.
