Working within UGL's integrated delivery model alongside CPB Contractors, we are rowing our Data Centre business and delivering some of Australia's most significant mission-critical infrastructure projects. As part of our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced OFCICoordinator to manage the planning, coordination and integration of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment across major hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments in Melbourne.

About the Role
As the OFCI Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery, tracking and integration of critical client-supplied equipment throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project delivery, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on schedule and mitigating supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of OFCI equipment from procurement through to installation and handover.
- Track equipment status, logistics, delivery schedules and site readiness requirements.
- Manage interfaces between clients, vendors, subcontractors and project teams.
- Maintain OFCI registers, reporting dashboards and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery and installation milestones.
- Coordinate inspections, storage requirements, defects management and warranty information.
- Support construction and commissioning activities to ensure successful installation of critical systems.
- Provide regular reporting on equipment status, key milestones and project risks.
About You
- Experience working on major construction, infrastructure, mission-critical or data centre projects.
- Previous exposure to OFCI coordination, logistics, project coordination, MEP delivery or supply chain management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience working with critical electrical, mechanical or communications infrastructure is highly desirable.
