Nippers/Truck Operators - Norseman

We’re Hiring For:

• Nippers
• Truck Operators

12‑hour shifts | Rotating roster | Full training provided Fly-in/Fly-out from Perth 7/7 & 2/1 Rosters

Responsibilities

Nippers

• assist Operators with set up of rigs
• assist with face preparation and mark up
• assist with installation of ground support
• ensure sufficient consumables and supplies are available for development activities
• perform minor machine maintenance
• maintain high standard of housekeeping on equipment and in headings

Truck Operators

• safely and efficiently operate the truck
• undertake re-entries to work areas
• deliver ore and waste to designated areas
• communicate with loader operators and truck operators and assist in traffic management
• maintain a high standard of housekeeping on equipment

Qualifications / About You

• Valid manual driver's licence
• Positive attitude & solid work ethic
• Physically fit & safety‑focused
• Willing to learn and follow direction
• Machinery/truck operation or manual labour experience (desirable)
• Shift work experience (desirable)
• MR/HR licence (advantageous)
• WA residency (essential)
• Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical & police clearance
• Available to attend a face‑to‑face Interview Day in Perth – Wednesday 25 March
