Whether you're a seasoned Service or Paste Crew operator or a Nipper ready to step up, this is your chance to lock in long-term work, even-time rosters, and a genuine pathway into bigger underground roles.
What's Waiting for You
Service Crew/ Paste Crew – $60/hr
Nippers – $50–$55/hr
2:2, 2:1 & 7:7 FIFO rosters

SERVICE CREW – KEEP PRODUCTION MOVING
Every metre advanced starts with a strong Service Crew.
You're the crew behind the crews—keeping air flowing, water moving, services online and development heading forward.
You'll be responsible for:
- Installing and maintaining underground services
- Ventilation, pumping, air and water infrastructure
- Delivering ground support, tooling and materials underground
- Supporting development and production crews
- Keeping headings safe, operational and production-ready

NIPPERS – YOUR FAST TRACK INTO UNDERGROUND
Every experienced Jumbo Operator, Charge-Up Operator and Service Crew member started somewhere.
This is where you build the experience that opens doors.
You'll work alongside experienced development crews while learning every aspect of underground mining—from heading preparation to underground logistics—with real opportunities to progress into specialist underground roles.

What You'll Need
Previous underground mining experience
Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
DGSC (WA)
SSAN (SA)
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Relevant VOCs, licences and training transcripts
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
