Job Description

  • Monday - Friday, 3.30pm 3.30am!
  • Weekly pay cycle!
  • Starting at $44.92 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)!

We're currently seeking a plant operators to join our clients well-established team located in Gosnells for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone with some exposure to dump/haul truck and front end loader operating who's ready to grow their skills!

This role is Monday - Friday, 3:30pm to 3:30am, with opportunity for weekends work, offering a competitive hourly rate of starting at $44.92 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a dump truck to move sand and aggregate materials from the excavation site to the dumping zone
  • Operate front end loader to move aggregates on site
  • Ensure efficient loading and unloading processes with our sales loader team
  • Keep your vehicle in good condition: checking for mechanical issues, reporting faults, and ensuring safe load transport
  • Working closely with site supervisors and other operators to keep production on schedule

To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles (ideally in a quarry, mining or construction environment)
  • Previous experience operating Fron End Loader
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required
  • Great punctuality and time management
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Rights to work in Australia
