Network Inspector - TI VIC

The Opportunity

DM Roads has recently been awarded the new VicRoads Maintenance Contract (VRMC), delivering maintenance and emergency response services across more than 8,500 lane kilometres of road throughout Victoria's Hume region.

We're looking for Road Network Inspectors to join our team and play a key role in keeping the network safe and operational. Based from our Hume region depots, you'll inspect a range of road assets, identify defects and maintenance requirements, recommend treatments, and accurately record findings to help guide future works.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining safe and reliable infrastructure for the community.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence using computer systems and digital reporting tools
• A commitment to fostering a strong Zero Harm culture

Highly regarded but not essential:

• Experience working with road assets, bridges, culverts, signage or barriers
• Previous experience in road maintenance, infrastructure or civil construction
• A current White Card (General Construction Induction)
