We are looking for a National Kits Expeditor to join our National Parts Supply Chain team based in Fairfield, NSW, but willing to accept applications based in Wacol, QLD.
Parts kits combine multiple components into a single part number, making them an important part of our parts supply operation. In this role, you will coordinate the creation, build and availability of kits, ensuring stock levels and priorities are managed to meet customer requirements.
You’ll work across inventory planning, warehouse operations, branches, suppliers and internal parts teams, coordinating kit builds, resolving supply issues and responding to urgent customer requirements.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with inventory and data, solving problems and coordinating multiple moving parts to keep supply flowing.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on inventory availability, kit DIFOT performance and customer outcomes across Komatsu Australia.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with experience in inventory, supply chain, order planning or parts operations who can manage priorities and keep things moving.
You will ideally have
- Experience in inventory management, order planning, supply chain or as a kit expeditor.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
- Inventory, supply chain, parts or service-related qualifications are advantageous. Experience working with ERP, inventory or parts management systems will also be highly regarded.
