We’re on the lookout for experienced Operators to join a growing production team on a major Queensland coal operation. If you’re confident on key machinery and take pride in working safely and efficiently—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a mix of heavy mining equipment in a production environment
• Working across Dozers and Haul Trucks as your core machines
• Supporting operations on additional gear like Graders, Water Carts, Loaders, or Excavators
• Contributing to a team focused on safety, output, and consistency

What You’ll Bring

• At least 12 months’ experience in a mining production role
• Proven capability operating Dozers and Haul Trucks
• Additional skills on auxiliary equipment (Grader, Water Truck, Digger or Loader highly regarded)
• Valid Standard 11 and current driver’s licence
• Up-to-date RII tickets or training transcript
• A team-first attitude with a strong safety mindset
