About the Company

MacKellar is the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, delivering safe, reliable mining services while creating long-term employment opportunities across regional Queensland.

We're looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing production team.

What's On Offer

Earn $64.14/hr + Super paid on all rostered hours while operating a modern fleet at one of Queensland's largest mining operations.
$66.71 per hour + super paid on all rostered hours (approx. $152k annually)
Even time 7/7 rotating day/night roster
Direct flights from Townsville, Rockhampton and Cairns
Camp accommodation, meals and transport provided
Camp, airport and mine located within 5 minutes of each other

About the Role

You'll work within a high-performing production team, operating a range of mining equipment safely and efficiently while contributing to production targets and maintaining MacKellar's strong safety culture.

About You / Requirements

Minimum 12 months' mining experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks
Experience operating at least one of the following: Grader; Water Truck; Small Excavator; CAT 980 Loader
Current Standard 11
Current Australian Driver Licence
Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript (completed within the last 5 years)
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work a rotating 7/7 day/night roster
