About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in maintaining safe and productive mining operations. You’ll operate a range of heavy mobile equipment across the site, working closely with Supervisors and fellow operators to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and equipment care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating Haul Trucks and Dozers
• Operating at least one additional production machine such as Grad​ers, Water Trucks, Loaders or Excavators
• Completing pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
• Identifying and reporting equipment faults or operational issues
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
• Following site safety procedures, standards and operating requirements
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and operator equipment care

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience operating heavy mobile equipment in a production mining environment
• Proven experience operating Haul Trucks and Dozers
• Experience operating at least one of Graders, Water Trucks, Loaders or Excavators
• Relevant RII competencies and/or verifiable operating history
• Strong commitment to safe and responsible equipment operation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production-focused team
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to meet all site access and pre-employment requirements
• Flexibility to work a 7/7 rotating day and night roster
