We're seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team at Nyngan. This is a permanent opportunity for operators who are confident across multiple pieces of production equipment and thrive in a fast-paced mining environment.

About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering daily production targets while operating a range of heavy mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Working as part of an experienced crew, you'll contribute to maintaining productivity while caring for the equipment you operate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production mining equipment safely and efficiently
- Working across Dozers, Graders and Rigid Haul Trucks
- Assisting on other mobile plant, including Water Carts, where required
- Completing pre-start inspections and basic operator maintenance
- Reporting equipment faults and operational issues
- Working closely with Supervisors and fellow crew members to achieve production goals
- Maintaining a strong commitment to site safety and operational standards
About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- Minimum 12 months' recent production mining experience
- Demonstrated operating experience on Dozers, Graders and Rigid Haul Trucks
- Relevant RII competencies and/or site training transcripts
- Experience on additional production equipment will be highly regarded
- Strong awareness of safe operating practices
- A reliable work ethic with the ability to work well within a team
- The ability to meet all site access and pre-employment requirements
