We’re currently expanding our operations in Nyngan and are looking for skilled Multi-skilled Operators with Dozer and Haul Truck experience to join our
team.
What You’ll Get
- $60 per hour (approx. $174,720 annually)
- Super paid on all rostered hours

- 14/7 DIDO roster (Nyngan-based)

- Ongoing, long-term work with a well-established contractor
The Role
As part of a production-focused crew, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day mining activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a range of equipment including Dozers, Haul Trucks, Graders, and Water Carts
- Contributing to site production targets safely and efficiently
- Maintaining equipment standards and reporting issues as required
- Working closely with your team to drive productivity and performance
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- At least 12 months’ experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks in a mining environment (essential)
- Additional experience on graders, loaders, water carts, or small excavators (highly regarded)
- A strong focus on safety and compliance
- A team-oriented mindset with a dependable work ethic
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute on site
