Mobilisation Officer

KCA is growing, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Administrator to grow with us.

Join our West Perth office and you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment and mobilization process across mine sites Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue employment contracts and letters of offer
• Schedule pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and site-specific inductions
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all compliance documentation is current and complete
• Monitor and manage employee qualifications, licenses and training requirements
• Liaise with clients, site personnel and suppliers to ensure mobilization requirements are met
• Assist with the ordering and management of PPE plus coordinate flights

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Preferred JobAdder previous experience
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in recruitment administration roles
• Organizational, time management skills, and attention to details
• Experience coordinating travel, rosters and workforce movements
• Understanding of mobilization processes and workforce compliance requirements
