Mobilisation Officer

About the Company

An organisation within the resources sector is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join their team on a short-term contract basis, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and has previous experience managing end-to-end workforce mobilisation within the mining, resources, or construction sectors.

About the Role

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities for site personnel
• Manage medicals, inductions, training and compliance requirements
• Ensure all mobilisation documentation is accurate and up to date
• Liaise with candidates, employees, clients and operational teams
• Monitor mobilisation schedules and commencement dates
• Maintain records across internal systems and databases

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Mobilisation Officer position is essential
• Strong understanding of FIFO mobilisation processes
• Experience managing medicals, inductions and compliance requirements
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commence at short notice
