Our client, a leading construction company with several long-term contracts with major operators, is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to oversee the full mobilisation process for personnel across multiple projects.
This role suits someone with strong attention to detail who can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mobilisation processes to ensure timely deployment of personnel
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and site access for all personnel
- Schedule and manage training sessions and inductions as required
- Ensure full compliance with all mobilisation requirements
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external providers to align mobilisation needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems and trackers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a mobilisation or workforce coordination role
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with FMG & BHP projects is highly desirable
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
- Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, ISNetworld, Avetta, Pegasus, Enable, INX, or SitePass
Role Details:
- Location: Henderson, WA
- Type: Temp to Perm
- Hours: Full-time, office-based
- Pay Rate: $40 - $45 p/h (depending on experience)
- Start: ASAP
