About the Role
As a Mobilisation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and mobilisation of both blue and white-collar personnel to various client sites across Australia. Working closely with our Recruitment and Administration teams, you'll ensure employees are mobilised safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding and mobilisation of employees across multiple mine sites throughout Australia.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and letters of offer.
- Schedule pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and site-specific inductions.
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and roster requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all compliance documentation is current and complete.
- Monitor and manage employee qualifications, licences and training requirements.
- Liaise with clients, site personnel and suppliers to ensure mobilisation requirements are met.
- Assist with the ordering and management of PPE and office supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment and Operations teams as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Mobilisation, Site Administration, Workforce Coordination or Recruitment Administration, preferably within the mining industry.
- A strong understanding of mobilisation processes and workforce compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating travel, rosters and workforce movements.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A current WA Driver's Licence.
- The ability to provide a National Police Clearance.
- Full Australian working rights.
