We're now seeking an enthusiastic Mobilisation Coordinatorto join our dynamic team in our office located in Rivervale, WA.

About the Role

Breight Group supports some of Australia's leading mining and resource companies across multiple sites and operations. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an Mobilisation Coordinator's to oversee the mobilisation function and ensure our workforce is site-ready, compliant and mobilised on time.

This role is ideal for an experienced mobilisation professional who understands the complexities of workforce mobilisation within the mining industry and enjoys leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating shutdown, project and site-specific mobilisation processes.
  • Processing flight and accommodation requests and confirmations.
  • Assisting with pre-mobilisation requirements such as PPE, flights, drug and alcohol testing, vehicles and accommodation.
  • Updating employee/shutdown/project information using Breight’s databases.
  • Must be available to attend regional shutdowns / projects to provide site admin support as required.

About You / Requirements

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and live a safety-first mindset. You’ll also bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of mobilisation requirements within the mining and resources sector
  • Demonstrated experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont operations
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding systems, compliance requirements and site access processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Experience using mobilisation, workforce management or HR systems
