The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Recruitment team for a 12-month fixed term.

The role is based in our head office in Welshpool and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with project requirements.
  • Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance.
  • Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to the project.
  • Schedule and review pre-employment medicals for new starters.
  • Process new starters through client portals.
  • Assign inductions for Australia West projects and issue PPE to new starters.
  • Coordinate site flights for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
  • Receipting invoices for pre-employment medicals & PPE.
  • Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation or MACA work practices.

About You / Requirements

  • Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A high level of customer service.
  • Advanced level of computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
